Josie Guglielmucci’s practice focuses predominately on family law, real estate conveyancing, long term disability denials and personal injury.
Josie was born and raised in Burnaby. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Criminology at Simon Fraser University before studying law at Bond University in Queensland, Australia.
Josie is a skilled lawyer with extensive legal and trial experience. She is regarded by her peers as a proficient litigator who prides herself on being committed to obtaining the best possible outcomes for her clients. Josie has appeared in the British Columbia Provincial Court, British Columbia Supreme Court and British Columbia Court of Appeal.
